WINEMAKER TASTING NOTE

Winemakers: Alain Rousseau & John Bown

Light fruit with toasted aromas. Fresh with tight tannin structure, sweet fruit in the finish. Long ageing wine.

VINTAGE REPORT

Spring time 2018 was mild and dry with some cooler temperature in November. Flowering started Mid November to Finished early December. All summer, the weather was constantly warm and dry with no rain.
Grape Picking started end of February for the sparkling and the end was towards the 20 April 2019.
