The fruit for this wine was sourced predominantly from the Coal River Valley in Southern Tasmania.
This wine has a crisp, long dry palate structure with fruit sweetness which accentuates the varietal character of the wine. Its clean, strong flavours and high acidity will ensure that the wine will develop in bottle for many years.
