The fruit for this wine was sourced from Relbia in Northern Tasmania and Richmond in Southern Tasmania.
It has strong aromatic varietal flavours reminiscent of flowers and ripe fruit, especially lychees. The palate also has richness and depth typical of this variety.
Bouquet: Pot-pourri, perfumed roses, spice and ripe fruit, especially lychees.
Palate: Dry, robust for a white wine, but fresh and balanced.
Ageing potential: 0 – 10 years.
