Vineyards: Sourced from our family owned Vineyards in the Coal Valley, Southern Tasmania.

Tasting notes: Pure red cherry and blackcurrant aromas, follow with mixed red berry flavours and toasty oak. The fresh fruit flavours linger with an elegant and refined tannin structure.

Forty-Two Degrees South Pinot Noir

   

Grape variety: 100% handpicked Pinot Noir.

Vineyards: 45% Relbia, Northern Tasmania, 50% Campania, Coal Valley, Southern Tasmania, 5% Richmond, Coal Valley, Southern Tasmania.

Tasting notes: Pure red cherry and blackcurrant aromas follow with mixed red berry flavours. The fresh fruit flavours linger with an elegant and soft tannin structure.

Food Matching Suggestions: Went well with Italian pork sausages and polenta.

Frogmore Creek Pinot Noir

Vineyards: 100% Frogmore Creek Vineyard, Penna, Southern Tasmania.

Tasting notes: Fresh red cherries and strawberries fulfil both the aroma and palate senses. Flavours of juicy plums and mixed spices carry with velvet tannins and well balanced acid.

Frogmore Creek Evermore Pinot Noir

   
         

Grape variety: 100% handpicked  Pinot Noir.
 

Vineyards: 100% Frogmore Creek Vineyard, Penna, Southern Tasmania.
 

Tasting Notes: Dark cherries, lifted with savoury notes, following through to a multilayered palate with ripe plums, silken tannins and immense  length.

Food Matching Suggestions: Went well with rosemary and garlic roasted lamb.

Frogmore Creek Cabernet Sauvignon

   

Grape Variety: 100% hand picked Cabernet Sauvignon.

Vineyards: 100% Frogmore Creek Vineyard, Penna, Southern Tasmania.

Tasting Notes: We only have a limited release Frogmore Creek Cabernet from the slightly warmer vintages,when the grapes have flavours of blackcurrant and dark cherry.  The finished wine has deep velvet tannins.

Food Matching Suggestions: Goes well with slow cooked wild venison.

Tasting notes: Bright aromas of plums and dark cherries. Flavours of blackberries and mixed spices are well balanced by velvet smoky tannins and soft acid.

Storm Bay Cabernet Merlot

   
Grape Variety: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc.

 

Vineyards: Coal Valley, Southern Tasmania.

Tasting Notes: From one of Tasmania's best vintages, the wine shows delicious herbal blackcurrant and cedary oak characters on a fleshy, finely balanced, cool climate palate. The wine is young, still reasonably tight but accessible with appealing freshness, good depth, texture and intensity and a firm tannic grip, promising superb ageing potential.

Food Matching Suggestions: Compliments roast lamb and vegetables.
