Tasting notes: Aromas of toasty brioche and delicate citrus subtly emerge from the fine beads. Full and crisp flavours of

apples with lengthy creamy structure. Fine and Subtle.

Tasting: Deep salmon colour. Nose of light strawberry flavours and fresh fruit.

On the palate, fresh red berry fruit finishing into a creamy texture. Well balanced.


2015 42 Degrees South Sauvignon Blanc
