The limited production Evermore wines from Frogmore Creek are part of an

unfinished project between our grapes and the winemakers. Every vintage we

orchestrate several unconventional winemaking techniques for our microbatches

of handpicked grapes, which each develop their own flavours, aromas

Grape variety: 100% handpicked Pinot Noir.

Vineyards: Frogmore Creek's Cuvee Evermore is sourced from our family owned Vineyards located at Penna, Southern Tasmania.

Tasting notes: Delicate aromas of toasty brioche, wild strawberries and cashews subtly emerge from the fine beads. Full and crisp flavours of green apples and fresh citrus fruits linger on the refined acid structure.

Food matching suggestions: Went well with rapid pan-fried abalone. This wine is well suited to a wide array of foods served as an aperitif, with canapés or with sorbet at the end of a meal.

Vineyards: Frogmore Creek Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from our family owned Vineyards located at Penna, Southern Tasmania.

Tasting notes: Intense grassy and candied lemon aromas fill the nose. The juicy palate has dominant flavours of passionfruit and rambutan, lengthened by cool climate acid and subtle oak.

Food matching suggestions: Went well with Southern rock lobster or fresh whiting pan fried with coriander.

Tasting notes: Nectarine and grapefruit aromas mingled with subtle toasty oak, followed by fresh yet complex flavours and lengthy mineral cool climate acid.

Food matching suggestions: Went well with sage barbequed quail.
