Wines made at Frogmore Creek wines consistently win more awards than any other winery at the Tasmanian Wine Show.

At the 2008 Tasmanian Wine Show, our 2006 Frogmore Creek 'FGR' Riesling won Best White of Show and Best Sweet Wine. It was awarded a Top Gold Medal in its class, as was the 2007 Frogmore Creek Iced Gewurztraminer.

At the Tasmanian Wine Show 2006, Gold medals were awarded to our Wellington 2005 Sauvignon Blanc, Wellington 2002 'Hoodster' Pinot Noir, Wellington 2004 Riesling and Wellington 2003 Chardonnay. The Wellington 2003 Chardonnay topped its quality/value category in Penguin's Good Australian WIne Guide 2007. The Hoodster Pinot is also included in the authors' selection of their top quality/value.

Also in 2006, the Frogmore Creek 2003 Chardonnay was awarded Best White Wine at the Taste of Tasmania.

At the 2006 Hyatt International Riesling Challenge, our Wellington 2005 'FGR' (Forty grams residual) Riesling won one of only two gold medals awarded in its category.

The Frogmore Creek 2002 Reserve Pinot Noir is among the most awarded of our wines. At the 2005 Tasmanian Wine Show it was awarded Gold and received the People's Choice Trophy. It was Best Wine of Show in 2004.

Our Wellington 2002 Pinot Noir was also a great success. It was awarded a Blue-Gold medal at the Sydney International Wine Competition (given to the top-scoring 10 percent of entries in the category of wines served with food). Both the Wellington and Frogmore Creek 2002 vintages are now unfortunately sold out.
